Succefy is an online software platform that helps you create career documents, manage your job search and use AI-assisted career tools. Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the Platform.

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, using free features, or purchasing a paid product or subscription, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to services provided by Succefy B.V. for new purchases and new subscriptions. Legacy subscriptions previously started through an earlier Succefy group structure may continue under the terms accepted at the time of purchase and the applicable payment provider rules until cancelled or expressly migrated to the new structure.

1. Parties and Acceptance

These Terms of Use ('Terms') apply between Succefy B.V. ('Succefy', 'we', 'us') and the person using succefy.com and our related web applications, products and services ('User', 'you').

By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and other policies referred to in these Terms.

2. Definitions and Services

'Platform' means the succefy.com domain, user account, checkout flows, AI tools, career software features and related web applications.

'Services' include resume, cover letter, resignation letter and job application document tools, job search tools, job tracker, AI content generation, AI photo generation, digital products, credit packs, ebooks and career support services.

Service scope and package contents are shown on pricing, product or account pages and may change over time.

3. Age and Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old, or have parental or guardian permission or supervision where required by your local law.

To purchase a paid product or subscription, you represent that you have legal capacity to enter into a contract.

4. Account

Some features may require an account. When creating or using an account, you must provide accurate, current and complete information.

You are responsible for your account, password and all activity under your account. You must notify us without undue delay if you become aware of unauthorized use or a security incident.

You must not sell, rent, transfer or share your account.

5. Use License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable and non-exclusive right to use the Platform for your personal career purposes.

Templates, interfaces, designs, text and software elements on the Platform are not sold to you; they are licensed only under these Terms.

Permitted use is limited to job applications and preparation of personal career documents.

6. Prohibited Uses

You must not use the Platform for unlawful, misleading, harmful, harassing, discriminatory, spam, fraudulent, abusive or rights-infringing purposes.

You must not reverse engineer the Platform, scrape data automatically, bypass security measures, access systems without authorization, distribute malware or overload the service.

Creating multiple free accounts to bypass quotas or limits is prohibited.

7. User Content

You are responsible for resumes, cover letters, work experience, education, skills, photos, documents, prompts, job postings, profiles and other content you upload to the Platform.

You represent that you have the rights needed to upload User Content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.

We may process User Content to provide the Services, generate outputs, manage your account, provide support, maintain security and prevent abuse.

8. AI Features and AI Outputs

AI features may be used to generate resumes, cover letters, text suggestions, job description analysis, photos and similar outputs.

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, similar, outdated or unexpected. You should verify, edit and assess outputs before using them.

AI outputs are not professional legal, tax, immigration, financial, medical or hiring advice.

9. Accuracy, Errors and No Career Guarantee

Content, templates, analyses, recommendations and pricing information on the Platform may contain technical, typographical or content errors. We reserve the right to correct errors and revise or cancel orders where necessary.

Succefy does not guarantee employment, interviews, hiring, visa or work permit results, salary outcomes or any specific career result.

You remain responsible for the accuracy, suitability and use of Platform outputs.

10. Business Partners, Employers and Recruiters

Your profile, resume, job search signals or application data may be shared with employers, recruiters or partners only where permitted by your explicit consent or relevant product setting.

This sharing is optional. Your rights to withdraw consent and manage sharing preferences are described in our Privacy Policy.

Any employment, interview, hiring or service relationship with an employer, recruiter or partner is between you and that third party. Succefy is not a party to that relationship.

11. Third-Party Links and Integrations

The Platform may link to third-party websites, payment providers, AI providers, analytics tools, social login providers or job listings.

Third-party services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content, security, availability or practices.

12. Privacy and Cookies

Where required, we ask for consent before using non-essential analytics, performance and marketing cookies. You can manage cookie preferences through the preference center provided on the Platform.

13. Intellectual Property

The Platform, software, designs, templates, brand, logo, interface, database, text and Succefy materials are owned by Succefy or its licensors.

You must not use templates, designs or Platform elements to build a standalone product, competing service, resale package or public template library.

Unauthorized use may violate copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

14. Feedback

If you submit product suggestions, ideas, bug reports, design suggestions, comments or similar feedback, we may use them to improve our products and services without compensation.

Feedback is not treated as confidential information. If feedback contains personal data, it is processed according to our Privacy Policy.

15. Free Services and Limits

Free accounts and free features are provided with limited scope. Free usage limits, features and access rights may change without prior notice.

If we detect abuse, multiple account creation or attempts to bypass limits, access may be suspended or terminated.

16. General Terms for Paid Services

Paid Services may include Premium subscriptions, one-off products, credit packs, ebooks, AI photo packs and career support services.

Paid Services may require an internet connection, an active account and a valid payment method.

17. Monthly Subscription

A monthly Premium subscription starts after successful payment and applies for an approximately monthly billing period unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically. If you do not want renewal, you must cancel before the end of your current billing period.

After cancellation, access continues until the end of the paid current period.

18. Quarterly Subscription

A quarterly Premium subscription starts after successful payment and applies for an approximately ninety-day billing period unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Quarterly subscriptions renew automatically. If you do not want renewal, you must cancel before the end of your current billing period.

19. Annual Subscription

An annual Premium subscription starts after successful payment and applies for a one-year billing period unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Annual subscriptions may be charged in full in advance and renew automatically. If you do not want renewal, you must cancel before the end of your current billing period.

20. One-Off Products, Career Services and Credits

Ebooks, digital products, AI photo credits, token/credit packs, resume or LinkedIn reviews, career reports, interview preparation, application strategy sessions and other career consulting services may be provided as one-off services rather than subscriptions.

The exact scope, deliverables, delivery timeline, usage limits and price of each one-off product or career service are shown on the relevant product page, checkout page or service confirmation. Career services may include written reports, document review, feedback, recommendations, one-to-one sessions or a combination of these, depending on the service purchased.

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete and lawful information, documents, URLs, career history and other materials required for the service. Delays, missing information or inaccurate materials may affect the quality or timing of delivery.

Career services are advisory and educational in nature. Succefy does not guarantee job offers, interviews, employer responses, visa outcomes, salary increases, hiring decisions or any other employment result.

For one-to-one sessions, you are responsible for attending at the scheduled time and ensuring that you have a stable internet connection and suitable environment. Rescheduling, missed sessions, late attendance and cancellation rules may be specified on the service page, checkout page or confirmation email.

Digital products, reports, AI credits, token packs and career services that have already been delivered, started, consumed or personalized for you may be non-refundable, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise or we expressly state a different refund policy.

Credits and tokens may only be used inside the Platform; they cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred or refunded unless expressly stated otherwise.

21. Payment, Fees, Taxes and Stripe

New purchases and subscriptions may be processed through Stripe or another authorized payment provider shown on the Platform.

We do not directly store your card details. The payment provider processes payment information under its own security standards and terms.

Displayed prices may exclude taxes, VAT, bank fees, currency conversion charges or third-party fees. You are responsible for applicable taxes and fees.

22. Changes in Fees

We may change package prices, promotions, usage limits and paid feature scope from time to time.

For recurring subscriptions, we will provide advance notice of price increases where required by applicable law. Unless stated otherwise, the new price applies from the next renewal period.

If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel before the price change takes effect.

23. Autorenewal

When you purchase an automatically renewing subscription, you authorize the payment provider to charge the relevant payment method for each renewal period.

The renewal date may be based on your initial purchase date or the payment provider billing rules. If the same calendar day does not exist in a later month, billing may occur on the nearest appropriate day.

Renewal, invoice and subscription notices may be sent by email or through the Platform.

24. Cancellation, Withdrawal and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription from your account area or through support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. If you are in the European Economic Area or a region with similar consumer protection rules, you may have statutory withdrawal rights for distance contracts.

Where you request immediate access to digital content or digital services and acknowledge performance during the withdrawal period, your withdrawal right may be limited or lost once the service is fully performed to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, we do not provide prorated refunds for unused parts of a subscription period. Incorrect charges or technical error claims are reviewed separately.

25. Electronic Communications

When you use the Platform or email us, you communicate with us electronically.

We may send contractual notices, subscription notices, payment notices, security alerts and service announcements by email, account notice or through the Platform.

You may opt out of marketing communications, but mandatory service communications about your account and purchases may continue.

26. Platform Modifications and Availability

We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Platform, features, designs, templates, AI models, packages or supported content at any time.

We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, always available or compatible with any specific system.

Access may be temporarily limited due to maintenance, security, technical errors, provider outages or legal reasons.

27. Suspension, Termination, Law and Questions

We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe you breached these Terms, failed to meet payment obligations, created a security risk or abused the Platform.

These Terms are enforceable only between the parties and do not create rights for third-party beneficiaries. If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.

Subject to mandatory consumer law protections, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. The competent venue is Limburg, Netherlands courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer jurisdiction rights.
