2. Succefy Affiliate Agreement

This Affiliate Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between you (“Affiliate”) and Succefy B.V.

By accepting this Agreement, you agree to participate in the Succefy Affiliate Program.

1. Participation

You may promote Succefy using your referral link and earn commissions based on successful referrals.

2. Independent Status

You participate as an independent affiliate.

You are not:

• an employee
• a contractor
• an agent

3. Earnings

You earn:

20% of net revenue

Earnings:

• are performance-based
• are not guaranteed

4. Payments

• Paid monthly
• Paid within the first 14 days of the following calendar month
• Minimum payout: €50
• Subject to verification and compliance checks

5. Discounts

Discounts reduce your commission.

6. No Invoice Required

Payments are made without requiring invoices.

7. Taxes

You are responsible for your own taxes.

8. Compliance

You agree to:

• promote Succefy honestly
• avoid misleading content
• comply with applicable laws

9. Termination

Succefy may terminate participation at any time.

10. Priority of Terms

In the event of any inconsistency between this Agreement and the Succefy Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions, the Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by Dutch law.

Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Limburg, the Netherlands.

By continuing, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood this Agreement
• You agree to the Terms & Conditions
• You understand that participation is performance-based and independent

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Succefy Affiliate Program (“Program”), operated by Succefy B.V., a private limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the Netherlands (“Succefy”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By applying to or participating in the Program, you (“Affiliate”, “you”) agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of the Program

The Program is a performance-based referral program.

Affiliates promote Succefy and may earn commissions based solely on successful, verified referrals.

Nothing in the Program constitutes employment, partnership, agency, or joint venture.

2. Independent Status

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You act as an independent participant
• You are not an employee, contractor, or agent of Succefy
• You have no authority to bind Succefy
• You determine your own activities independently

This Agreement does not create any employment or contractor relationship.

3. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate information
• Be approved by Succefy

Succefy may accept or reject applications at its sole discretion.

4. Tracking and Attribution

• Each affiliate receives a unique referral link
• Attribution is based solely on Succefy’s tracking systems

Succefy is not liable for:

• incorrect link usage
• browser/device limitations
• third-party interference

All attribution decisions are final.

5. Commission

Affiliates earn:

20% of net revenue

Net revenue means:

• excluding VAT
• after discounts, refunds, chargebacks

Commissions are:

• performance-based
• non-guaranteed
• subject to verification

Succefy may change commission structures at any time.

6. Payments

• Calculated monthly
• Paid within the first 14 days of the following calendar month, subject to verification and compliance checks
• Minimum payout threshold: €50

Succefy may:

• delay payments
• withhold payments
• adjust commissions

in case of fraud, abuse, or policy violations.

7. No Invoice Requirement

Affiliates are not required to issue invoices.

Payments are processed directly by Succefy.

8. Taxes

You are solely responsible for:

• declaring income
• paying applicable taxes

Succefy does not:

• withhold taxes
• provide tax advice

9. Discounts

Commissions are calculated on final transaction value after discounts.

10. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• misrepresent Succefy
• make misleading claims
• use spam or deceptive marketing
• self-refer

Succefy may invalidate commissions.

11. Content Responsibility

You are responsible for your content and compliance with applicable laws.

12. Privacy and Tracking

Succefy uses cookies and tracking technologies for attribution.

Participation implies acceptance of such tracking.

Data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

13. Fraud & Abuse

Succefy may:

• audit activity
• reverse commissions
• suspend accounts

14. Program Changes

Succefy may modify:

• the Program
• commission structure
• these Terms

15. Termination

Succefy may terminate participation at any time.

16. Limitation of Liability

Succefy is not liable for:

• indirect damages
• lost income

17. Governing Law

Dutch law applies.

All disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Limburg, the Netherlands.
